HANNAH
Hannah’s journey began in Tanzania, where she was born and raised in the bush. After backpacking worldwide and studying sustainability, she returned to Tanzania, living with a remote community near Tarangire National Park. In 2016, she completed her yoga teacher training in Costa Rica, aiming to offer gentle, restorative yoga during safaris. This led to the creation of her "Wellness in the Wild" philosophy—focusing on slowing down, connecting with nature, and appreciating the wilderness more holistically.
After the empowering birth of her first daughter in 2019, Hannah trained as a birth doula and specialized in yoga for pelvic floor connection and postpartum recovery. In 2021, she co-founded Mwandamo Women CIC, enhancing women’s health in Northern Tanzania. Combining her passion for yoga, conservation, and women’s health, Hannah creates transformative safari experiences. She lives in Northern Tanzania with her partner and daughters.

TRUDI
Trudi’s Pilates journey began as a path to healing, born from years of battling chronic lower back pain and undergoing two major back surgeries before the age of 34. As a mother to two young children, she realized she could no longer take her body’s movement for granted. The demands of motherhood, combined with the need to prioritize her well-being, sparked a deep desire to understand how the body truly works and how to nurture it with care.
In 2019, Trudi completed her Pilates mat training with Conscious Movement Education and Renee Watson from The Source in Cape Town. This marked the beginning of her transformative journey—one of reconnecting mind and body, restoring alignment, and building lasting strength. With each step, Trudi discovered the power of mindful movement and the profound benefits of a body in balance.

MALOU

In 2018, she started LindaBahari Project and actively tries to restore the barrier reef through a coral nursery and community engagement.
